Peewee Champions

The peewee Thunder entered the, "Brantford Church League Tournament of Friends" a few weekends ago.  Going 6-0 in the tournament and beating an undefeated Coronation squad, the Thunder entered the championship with high hopes of bringing Lawfield their first banner of the year. Overtime was needed as regulation time brought no clear winner. Ben Casey was called upon to take a penalty shot for the Thunder, making no mistake, he buried the puck into the back of the net. Thunder won 2-1 and brought home the first banner of the year!
